Maumee Valley Heating has been out to my home several times and have provided professional and customer focused service. They consistently arrive on time, work quickly, and clean up well. At the end of the visit I received a full update and helpful suggestions for my house humidity. The technician was great - he listened to my concerns, was very personable and I would definitely have him return to my home again. Very pleased and have signed up for their annual maintenance contract which I feel was priced well and comprehensive. Five stars! I also have called the office on different occasions and I appreciate the friendly, helpful receptionist. She definitely is there for the customers and is helpful and professional! Unfortunately nothing lives forever! While Brad was conducting the annual maintenance, he diagnosed a few issues, and suggested replacements. Shane and Josh did an amazing job installing all the new equipment! All at MVH&A, are friendly and courteous and make you feel very comfortable. They are also very knowledgeable and trustworthy. It was late summer/early fall, so we were able to have them out within a week. The work crew showed up on time in three vans. The job was completed the same day. Once installed, I made out a check for the quoted amount for the job. The lead installer came back to my door and advised that since I was paying by check, they would give me a discount for not using a credit card. I wrote out a new check for the lesser amount and thanked them. Needless to say we were very satisfied with the service - they did an excellent job.Posted on Google

Scott AshworthSeptember 1, 2026Made an appointment for MVH to run a seasonal diagnostic check on a new home (older) AC unit. The appointment contact was friendly and the set up was easy. Jackson and his colleague attended the appointment and gave the system the all clear. After the evaluation, Jackson was completely honest about the unit, frank about the expectations/ life span of the unit and clear about a future path forward. Eventually , my AC will need replacing, it’s about 20 years old. At no time did the guys try to push additional sales or service on to us. They got stuck-in, cleaned up the old unit, made sure it was running to the best of its ability. MV will monitor the unit twice yearly to keep it running at an optimal rate for as long as possible. The bi annual service is very reasonable and offers piece-of-mind for the change of seasons. A really great overall experience. Professional guys, definitely worth a recommendation.Posted on Google

Linda SitesJuly 24, 2026Adding to my original review as of July 24, 2026: Again today I received excellent service for the inspection of my furnace and air conditioning system. Fred arrived on time, performed the work with obvious conpetence and concern for quality, and he's a very pleasant person who is both helpful and considerate. I actually enjoyed his visit. Additionally, the company has not increased prices in the last two years even though I'm aware that most companies have done so. For all of the above reasons, I signed another annual contract today. I highly recommend Maumee Valley Heating and Air Conditioning. My earlier review still on the site: Kyle Miller and Kenny repaired my nonfunctioning furnace. They were a good team, were quite pleasant, and performed the work well. I was impressed by Kyle's competence and determination to solve the problem, and by both men's communication with me about their work. Pat and Tina, office staff who scheduled my appointment and called about an ordered part, also did their jobs well. I recommend this company for both routine HVAC maintenance as well as repair after being a customer for several years.Posted on Google

Kelly MofieldJuly 14, 2026My 28-year-old air conditioning unit died at the worst possible time--mid July during a heat wave. After looking for recommendations on Nextdoor and checking Google reviews, I called several HVAC companies for estimates. Spiros from Maumee Valley came out the next day, gave me a reasonable number, and promised to work us in as soon as he could. I received one other quote for $2k more and then decided to go with Maumee Valley instead of waiting another few days for additional quotes. I signed the contract on a Thursday and Maumee Valley came out the following Monday after they had a cancellation. I can't tell you how happy I was to see those two installation techs! The job was handled efficiently and the air is back on less than a week after it went out. Other companies wouldn't even come out for a quote in less than a week and others were working several weeks out. In fact, the turnaround was so quick I told Spiros I wouldn't have the money from our investment account until Tuesday. He agreed that I could come in and pay the bill on Tuesday, which I did, and received a 5% discount for paying cash. So happy I found Maumee Valley!Posted on Google
